April – June 2016

tips & hints

The seasonal information contained on this page is offered to help you live your daily life with spiritual awareness, calm and ease. The Power days impact your Being/soul (often, strong physical events occur in the following days). The Rune and Tarot cards help you to view what is happening with perspective – as do the wisdom quotes, gathered from all sorts of philosophers and wise Beings. The Mudra helps you to create a physical and mental state in which the energies of the month can be used by you with Power. This information is obtained psychically by Kathy.

Previous seasons’ information is available on the Newsletter sub-menu

Spring Season Rune

The Rune for the Spring season is Uruz (Strength), upright “Events occurring now may well prompt you to undergo a death within yourself.  Since self-change is never coerced – we are always free to resist – remain mindful that the new form, the new life, is always greater than the old.  . . . Now, in some way, (a) bond is being severed, a relationship radically changed, a death experienced.  Seek among the ashes and discover a new perspective and a new birth.  . . . Firm principles attach to this Rune, and at the same time humility is called for, since in order to rule you must learn how to serve.  This Rune puts you on notice that your soul and the universe support the new growth.”

Spring Season Tarot

The Tarot card for the Spring is The Chariot, reversed. “. . .  restlessness and desire for change.” Followed by The Knight of Swords, upright. “The coming or going of misfortune.”

Akash Mudra

The Akash Mudra helps to “center” your energies. It nourishes any part of your body that is lacking.

Hand position

Thumb and middle finger are joined. Index, ring, and pinky fingers are extended.

Hold the position  (with both hands) for at least a couple of minutes
