I've changed my blog - it's now called "Beautify your Life!" and I'll be posting suggestions several times a week about how to improve your physical life. A healthy, happy body and environment support a healthy spiritual connection with the world! Check it out.

Every July, you celebrate the liberty (and founding) of your nation. This July, make time to celebrate your own liberty and the founding of a new you. (We aren't suggesting that there is something "wrong" with the "old" you - just that, at every moment, you can begin anew and we want you to acknowledge and celebrate that fact.) This is a wondrous month to begin to create a life that is in harmony with your conscious (and "subconscious") ideals about yourself and therefore to fully satisfy your needs and wants - giving you the freedom to move on and experience a different way of living. Besides the fact that the human side of July is dedicated to freedom (because of the holiday and because you change your way of life in the summer), there is an energy reason that the month is about ending one phase and beginning another. In 2010, as we mentioned last month, this time of year is the time to truly engage the energies of your Being and, in conjunction with the universal energies, begin a new phase of living physically. Letting go of the past and opening to many possible futures, you can be surprised and delighted by how your life might change. (A note from Kathy: In trying to translate the energies of the channel, I've had a difficult time focusing on the future. This is due to July’s energies. July is all about staying in the moment and not thinking about the past or focusing on the future. You must stay where you are right now.)
